What we collect

When you submit an enquiry, we collect the information you provide: your name, mobile number, email address (if given), suburb and postcode, and your answers to the property and situation questions in the form. We also collect technical information automatically — your IP address, the page you arrived from, and any UTM parameters in the URL — to understand how our advertising is performing.

Why we collect it

We use your information solely to respond to your enquiry, assess whether a renovation partnership could suit your property, and contact you about that. We don't use it for any other purpose without your consent.

How we store it

Enquiries are stored in Odoo, a CRM platform hosted on Odoo's cloud servers. Odoo processes data in accordance with GDPR and applicable privacy standards. We keep your enquiry for as long as it's relevant to our business relationship with you.

Who we share it with

We don't sell your information. We don't share it with third parties except: (a) service providers necessary to operate this site and CRM, bound by confidentiality; and (b) where required by law. We don't share it with real estate agents, buyers, or investors without your explicit consent.

Marketing

We'll only contact you about matters related to your enquiry. If you'd like to stop hearing from us, email jason@dwellingworks.com.au and we'll remove you promptly.

Access and correction

You can request access to, or correction of, any personal information we hold about you. Email jason@dwellingworks.com.au.

Complaints

If you believe we've mishandled your personal information, contact us first. If you're not satisfied with our response, you can lodge a complaint with the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at oaic.gov.au.
